Tensor Medical Systems is a healthcare technology company building AI that helps emergency medical services agencies deliver better care. Founded in January 2026 and working in collaboration with AI researchers from the University of Michigan, we started from a simple frustration: quality improvement in EMS is critical, yet the work of reviewing reports, catching protocol deviations, and coaching providers is slow, manual, and impossible to do with increasing call volumes. So we built an AI clinical partner to change that.
Our mission
We believe every patient deserves consistent, high-quality prehospital care, and every provider deserves meaningful, timely feedback. Our mission is to give EMS agencies the tools to raise the standard of care across every call, without adding to the administrative burden their teams already carry.
What we build
Emsley AI is our AI clinical partner for EMS quality improvement. Emsley works right alongside your QA and billing team, reviewing every ePCR, flagging deviations, and giving each provider personalized feedback, so quality improvement just happens. It brings the attention of a dedicated clinical QA reviewer to every single report, so nothing slips through the cracks.
